Proof Barbeque is a revamped restaurant that has risen from the embers from our old location in Tremont to enjoy a new location on the West 40s of Lorain Avenue in beautiful Ohio City. We offer some of the best BBQ and smoked food in Northeast Ohio. Our goal is to help define and popularize Cleveland BBQ by drawing flavors from our local neighborhoods and cultures that make up Cleveland. Our kitchen team creates almost everything from scratch and takes pride with ensuring you as our guest will always have an amazing meal!

We also have an excellent Front of the House team which will make you feel comfy and welcome here. We carry an assortment beers, an exceptionally curated selection of liquors, handcrafted cocktails, and wine.
